David Beckham Walking Around NYC...

It's New York Fashion week and our style icon, David Beckham has made his way into the Big Apple to support his wife Victoria. Pictured above taking a stroll through the city, David has decided to stay warm in a brown/tan leather jacket from his collaboration with Kent and Curwen. He teamed his soon to be released jacket with a flat cap from Lock and Co Hatters (from last season), a grey pair of Saint Laurent jeans and his favorite pair of shoes at the moment... Louis Vuitton Tattoo Sneaker Boot. The shoes are schedule to release at some point between now and July and is 100% on my buy list. The one piece I'm really intrigued by is his scarf, as I'm sure many of you are as well... and to be honest, I haven't found it!! However if anyone out there can ID it, please share as I'm sure all you fashionistas will want to add to your wardrobe... #wearitlikeBeckham!

NYFW September 2016...

 

I know this post is a week too late, but I didn't want to post anything until I knew where fans of David's style could pick up his New York Fashion Week gear... I'm actually sad to say, I couldn't find any of his outfits except for his shoes and denim.... both of which are from Saint Laurent and I can confirm that his flat caps are not from Bates. I think the caps are from Lock and Hatters or Stetson but couldn't find the exact one.

UPDATE: After searching for a while I found the shirt he's wearing in the above picture, its by Saint Laurent!



I actually am in love with his suit and his whole outfit in general, it has a very vintage feel to it. If anyone out there knows where he picked up the caps or suit, please let us all know!

New York Fashion Week Look Book....

It's that time of the year again! As every lover of fashion touches down in the Big Apple to attend the biggest fashion shows and parties! David Beckham is no different (especially since he needs to support his fashion designer wife Victoria).The man loves to shop and look super cool travelling, shopping, eating etc... He landed in NY wearing his favorite denims by Saint Laurent, carrying his new favorite travel bag by Givenchy and wearing a fresh pair of Adidas Superstars sneakers. The beanie he is sporting is the Basic Pigeon Beanie in Black by Staple. I haven't been able to identify the jumper yet... but hopefully one day! 

The first thing every fashionista has to do once you've settled in is go shopping! David is no different... but he just looks cooler than the rest of us. Spotted here leaving a store in SoHo, David opted to throw on a vintage Rolling Stones tee shirt from a concert in 1978 they did with Santana, Eddie Money and Peter Tosh. I've been searching for this tee for the past few days and haven't been able to locate it... its just as elusive as the Rolling Stones "dragon" tee he wore in China last year! David paired the tee with a Adidas SPRSTR beanie, Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses and a pair of the newly released Adidas Tubular X Knit, which just so happens to be sold out in my size :(.

Finally the show everyone's been waiting for! David has been pictured sitting front row at all of Victoria's fashion shows, so this was no different. Looking impeccably sharp in a light brown suite by Louis Vuitton (I think it's by LV but not entirely sure), David was beaming with pride and joy seeing the success of his wife's fashion show. After the show, the family attended Balthazar, where David was pictured walking out carrying his Ray Ban Clubmaster sunglasses and a flat cap by Lock & Hatters (this guy knows how to compliment his outfits with the right accessories).

After the show, he headed over to the US Open with Anna Wintour and changed his style by loosening his shirt to take in some tennis... again manages to keep it all together after a long day....!

David Beckham wears Harper Beckham #NYFW2015

On Sunday Feb 15th, David and the kids landed in New York City to attend wife Victoria's NYFW Fashion Show. David arrived with a unique way to rock the double denim and his signature beanie look. His current choice of beanie is Carhartt, but what stands out the most is his way of layering a denim jacket under neath a denim vest or gilet. The denim jacket most likely is either the Saint Laurent Denim Trucker Jacket or the Blue Classic Denim Jacket, but the vest which took some time to figure out is by Belstaff.

Want the vest? You'll have to wait as it is a new peice from the Beckham collection with Belstaff ...

Finally, his choice in travel accessory this time is Prada.

After taking a few hours to relax and change, David headed Victoria's fashion show wearing an adorable Harper Beckham, who from the looks of it will grow up to be a fashionista much like father and mother! Aside from Harper, David went through his closet and picked up some pieces from a previous Saint Laurent collection. The coat, jumper and shoes are all Saint Laurent but from previous years. You might still be able to buy the jumper as its from their permanent line; though finding your size might be a little challenging.

After the show, David and Victoria went to Balthazar for the usual post show lunch! While leaving you can see David carrying a newsboy cap, which is also from his favorite hat store in London, Lock & Hatters, but unfortunately this too is from an older collection... looks like #NYFW 2015 was a blast from the past for David!

David Beckham's New York Fashion Week Check List

With New York Fashion Week in full swing, I thought it would be neat to showcase what the most famous retired football player in the world would rock out to while being pictured all over New York.

When your flying across the pond, make sure you travel in an all American label, such as RRL. In the pictures above David is seen walking thru JFK Airport in a Plaid Ranch Workshirt. When your sitting front row at your wife's fashion show next to Anna Wintour, make sure you look like a fashionista in a black tuxedo jacket with shawl collars by Saint Laurent. What I like about this look isn't the jacket itself (which is amazing) but how he styled it with a chain wallet (by Saint Laurent, but not sure of the exact model), something I don't think anyone would do, but way to be fashion forward.

 Finally, when your ready to take your wife out to dinner in NYC to celebrate the success of her fashion show, make sure you step out in a Signature Yves Collar Shirt by Saint Laurent. From the looks of his shirt from JFK and his shirt from the dinner date, Beckham's staple fall look includes red plaid shirts.
