David Beckham, NYFW, Louis Vuitton & Flight Club!

Sunday Feb 14th was a big day! It's a day I probably won't forget for a long time and it wasn't because of the arctic blast I was under, nor was it because I spent the day with my beautiful wife. It was the day, I got the chance to exchange a few words with the one and only David Beckham!

After Victoria's fashion show, the family went to have brunch at Balthazar's, where I went with my wife and sister's family. This is where I just got lucky and got seated across from the Beckhams. With David sitting literally across from me, I was speechless and in my mind I was planning on asking him where he got his favorite boots from but then I thought I might not have enough time to find a picture; just in case he said something like "which boots, I have many". After about 2 hours of me planning and concocting ways to say something, he got up to leave, I knew this was my one and only shot at asking him something... lucky for me he decided to walk by me and all I could do was ask him where he got his beanie from? (it's the only thing I could think of that I was having a hard time identifying). He turned around and said "I don't know". I was like "come on mate" he responded back and said "No really I don't know". Then he picked up Harper and walked off. This was actually the second time I ran into Beckham. The first time, he was in DC for a football match and had dinner at a restaurant I was eating at with friends. I had left to go get a jersey, so he could sign it but by the time I came back he left... so that's my story!

Now back to fashion! Beckham attended the fashion show and lunch looking as suave as ever! The scarf and boots he wore are from Louis Vuitton. The scarf s part of the Karakoram collection and should be available for sale in the Summer of 2016. The collection is know for its zigzag pattern which was first used by Louis Vuitton in the 1920s. I believe the boots hes wearing also won't be available for sale till later this year. The past few times David was photographed, he's been rocking a lot of pieces from LV and I think everything is from an upcoming collection! As its too good to be David Beckham!!

By the way, the beanie hes wearing is from Flight Club and Harper's wearing Burberry!

David & Victoria Attends Anna Wintour's NYFW Kick-Off Party

David & Victoria are back in New York City for NY Fashion Week! While Victoria is getting ready for her big fashion show on Sunday, last night the couple attended Anna Wintour's kick-off dinner at her NY house. David attended the soiree in a Grey Slim Fit Sharkskin Wool Suit, Striped Button-Down Shirt and the Austin Polished-Leather Wingtip Derby Shoes... all by none other than Tom Ford. The camel color top coat is by Louis Vuitton and flat cap is by Bates London.

His entire outfit is so on point, but I guess it should be since it probably cost him around 15k to put together. 

The Casual Side of David Beckham

The last few weeks David has been keeping it casual, weather in London or LA, he's been sporting a very casual look.

In the first picture, David just left carrying bags full of candles from Diptyque which we is a personal favorite of Victoria's. In fact, if you ever get a chance to go to her flagship store on Dover Street, the entire boutique has Diptyque candles burning. But enough about the luxury French candles. When your David Beckham you go go shopping for luxury things while rocking a pair the famous Adidas x Kanye West shoe collaboration (Yeezy Boost 350 Moonrock) and a pair Adidas Sport Luxe Fleece Pants. I'm not sure who the tee, beanie or sweatshirt is by....

In the second picture, David took time out of his busy day to be a good Samaritan... grabbing coffee for Catherine Maynard, a paramedic who was treating an elderly patient near London's Euston railway station. While out David was pictured rocking a outfit by Adidas (top, bottoms and shoes all by Adidas - the shoes are the Ultra Boost in Solar Yellow). 

Before heading to NYC for Fashion Week, David made a quick stop to LA. Pictured here walking with son Brooklyn while wearing a trucker cap from Deus Ex Machina, a baseball tee from American Apparel, sweatpants by Adidas (Sport Luxe Fleece Pants) and flip flops by Havaianas (Brasil Flip Flops).

David Beckham London Street Style to NYC Airport Look.....

Earlier this week David was pictured running some errands before his trip to the Big Apple. In the first picture, you can see David getting into his car wearing a olive beanie  (Canada Goose) with a jacket by Barbour. The beanie is sold out and impossible to get, trust me I've been looking for this beanie all over UK, USA and even Canada... every place is SOLD OUT! For those of you interested in the jacket, I'm not sure of the exact model hes wearing in this picture but I know for sure he owns the Digby Jacket. If you want to wearitlikeBeckham rock a beanie and jacket from the same family of colour, not the exact match but a similar shade. 

In the second picture David is seen rocking the same beanie with a sweater from his collaboration with H&M.

On Tuesday of this week, David was pictured landing in NYC. On this occasion, David tried to go incognito in a news boy cap (not sure by who), a black top coat by Saint Laurent, denim by Saint Laurent and boots by Blundstone 1306. I'm pretty sure the sweatshirt hes wearing is by Maison Martin Margiela, but obviously since its hidden I can't be 100% sure.

It seems as thou these new Blundstone boots are his new favorite as hes been pictured wearing that over the course of the last few Beckham sightings!

About Blundstone: Blundstone, a company was started by English settlers, is now an Australian footwear best known for their lace-less, elastic side, ankle length boots. 

David Beckham's Suit Game... Always On Point!

David Beckham recently attended the sixth biennial UNICEF Ball in Los Angeles, where he was honored with the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Leadership Award for his longtime dedication to the organization as their goodwill ambassador. Earlier this year, Beckham launched “7: The David Beckham UNICEF Fund” to protect and advocate for disadvantaged children around the world. The gala was a star studded affair with David attending the event in a Tom Ford Slim Fit Mohair and Wool Blend Tuxedo. The gala was presented by Louis Vuitton and had live performances by pop vocal group The Company Men and Grammy Award-winning vocalist Mariah Carey.

After picking up his award, David was back on a light to China to promote his Haig Club Whiskey at an exclusive dinner party in Shanghai. The former footballer looked beyond suave as he posed for pictures in a black suit by none other than his favorite suit designer Tom Ford (Slim Fit Peak Lapel Wool Suit). The event was attended by Chinese stars Karen Mok and Chang Chen!

wearitlikeBeckham: If you want to look good in any suit, make sure the suit fits like a glove. When you button the suit (two button suits, ONLY button the top button), make sure there are no creases or lines in the jacket, as it should lay completely flat on you! Here's a picture of another suit David wore on the Graham Norton Show in early December (Monaco Striped Suit by Gucci).

As you can see no matter who the designer is, his suits always fits him like a glove.!

David Beckham is back in LA!

After spending some time vacationing with the Ramseys in the Maldives, David seems to miss the sun so much that he left the cold London winter and headed back to his US home in Los Angeles. To make the long trip, David kept things causal, wearing a white tee (Brand Unknown), black denim jeans (by Saint Laurent), a backpack from Kanye West's collaboration with Adidas, a weekend bag by Louis Vuitton (Waterproof Keepall 55 With Custom Strap), a pair of stylish shoes by Milan-based footwear brand Marsell (Brushed-Suede Derby Shoes) and a Rolex to tell the time! 

After landing and taking a few hours to settle in, David was seen back at his favorite spot, SoulCycle for a quick work out. For this workout he was pictured in a Brixton tee (he styled it cutting off the sleeves) and a trucker cap by Deus Ex Machina, which he wore in his BBC documentary, For the Love of the Game.

David is out an about in London...

David is back in London and taking in the London weather going for walks around town. He was spotted out and about a few weeks ago looking very relaxed in a pair of jeans by Saint Laurent, baker boy cap by Lock & Hatters and shoes by Marsell (I'm not 100% sure its Marsell, but I'm 99% sure it is, the exact pair I can't make out since the picture is a bit blurry and I couldn't find a better one).

A few days later he was again pictured shopping for Christmas wearing a pair of shoes that looks like was either custom made specifically for him or it is a new pair of Adidas that hasn't been released it. The never before seen shoe as the signature sole unit from the Yeezy Boost 350, but the upper part of the shoe is from the Ultra Boost. I for one hope these are a new pair of kicks that will be released by Adidas, as the new mash-up looks absolutely sick!

For those of you interested, the jumper Brooklyn is wearing is by RRL (old collection) and is it's actually from David's closet... lucky kid.
